At Exercise Angels we are here to help you stay or get fit.  I was 350 pounds at 5'7" and the Doctor did not give me long to live.  I had a list if health problem from diabetes to acid reflux.  The list of medication I was taking was so long I had to write them down to remember what they were.  Three years later I am 180 pounds. NO MEDICATIONS!!!

The products listed in this site are the things I use to stay in shape.  As the site develops I will be linking this site to my trainers site so you can learn the proper way to work out.  90% of the trainers out there have NO idea of the proper way to develop a person.

Three important concepts to total success:
Mind
Body
Soul
If one is out of balance the others will not work!

I am not a trainer but I have the Best.  For more information about Ken Roetman see "best trainer" link to left.

Medicine balls are useful for balance or tossing exercises with a partner, friend or trainer (dumbbells don’t lend themselves to being thrown or caught easily without injury!) Nearly all exercises you can perform using dumbbells can also be done with medicine balls. They provide a good training option for rehab purposes, if gripping cable handles or dumbbells causes any elbow or finger tendon strain. Try working with an open-palm grip with medicine balls and see if your arms feel better.

Core Training

Nearly every athletic movement involves the use of your Abdominals, Obliques and/or Erector muscles. These muscles are the core of all strength and power movements. These muscles are either involved in moving your torso or they work to stabilize your mid-section. Due to their involvement in every aspect of movement they undergo great amounts of stress and need to be conditioned regularly. The stronger these muscles are the more support and stability they can provide. If these muscles are weak and unable to provide the stability the body requires, injury is likely to occur.

Resistance Training

Increase your fat burning potential and weight loss success by doing resistance training exercises.
All it takes to supercharge your workout is doing some type of resistance training 20 minutes 3 times a week. Resistance training is effective at burning fat and calories, building muscle and melting inches.
The Effect of Resistance Training
The after burn and healing of the stretched muscle is what makes resistance training effective at increasing the metabolism to burn more calories and build muscles mass. For each pound of muscle you add, you will burn an additional 50 calories per day. While that might not seem like a lot, it does add up and can either allow you an extra in terms of food or condiments for the day or can be used as banked calories saved for a better weight loss effect

Functional Training

Many people perform strength training to look good, but it also can help you improve your performance in athletic activities.
Fitness experts now recommend functional strength training (FST) as another way to enhance coordination, muscular strength and endurance - and ultimately to build a body better able to meet the challenges of sports performance.
Becoming increasingly popular in health clubs, FST is an integrated approach to strength training focused on exercising multiple muscles and joints together instead of working muscles in isolation as with conventional strength training. FST emphasizes the body's core muscles - abdomen and back - as stabilizers. The core plays an important role in nearly every sports activity.
"Functional strength training is becoming more popular because it is so practical," said Christine Cunningham, MS, ATC/L, CSCS and a member of the Life Fitness Academy Training Network. "This type of training is an ideal way to help maximize sports performance."

Martial Arts

The most common reason for training that I hear is that people want to have fun and get in better physical condition, whether that is losing weight, getting stronger or just getting more active. Martial arts is a great way to get in shape and can be really fun to learn. It will improve endurance, strength, flexibility, speed, coordination, balance and helps with overall stress levels
